Situation

XBOX gestartet; Fernseher angemacht; Kein Signal; XBOX nach nicht mal einer Minute von alleine wieder ausgegangen; Verdammt.

Sobald man den USB-Stick zum Offline-Systemupdate einsteckt wird das Menu rechts oben anwaehlbar (siehe unten).

Recherche

Die meisten Suchergebnisse nach: "XBOX schaltet sich wieder aus" melden eine Ueberhitzung (durch Verschmutzung) als Ursache.

Oeffnen

Also die Box mal aufmachen, um einen Blick auf den CPU-Kuehler werfen zu koennen.

Was helfen sollte, dass man die genaue Position der Schnapper kennt. Am Brechen des Siegels kommt an eigentlich nicht vorbei. Mit viel Geduld und Vorsicht bekommt man es vielleicht aufgehebelt, ohne den Aufkleber zu zerstoeren.

Was bestimmt hilft (Tipp vom Tibb;-) sind die Metallhebel. Das sind alte Slotbleche eines etwas aelteren PC-Gehaeuses, aus der Zeit als PCs noch fuer die Ewigkeit gebaut wurden. Ich wuerde am Siegel anfangen und dann mit dem Schnapper direkt daneben um die Ecke anfangen. Dann von hinten immer rechts links abwechselnd.

Die Festplatte ist der Uebeltaeter.

Nach einer Weile hat sich die Platte beruhigt und man kann ueber den SATA-Adapter zugreifen. Viel mehr aber auch nicht.
