Allgemeines
Die Li-ion Batterie von Pylontech wird gerne im Bundle mit den Victron Energy Charger/Inverter angeboten. Worin sich genau die Typen US2000 Plus/B/C unterscheiden habe ich noch nicht herausgefunden.
Die US2000 haben eine Speicherkapazitaet von 2,4 kWh (48V 50Ah). Die US3000 haben eine Speicherkapazitaet von 3,5 kWh. 3150 Wh (DoD 90%)
AUf der Seite sind zwei Pylontech abgebildet. Angeblich ein altes US2000 und ein neues US2000 B (Plus). Meins sieht aber so aus und gleicht keinem der Varianten so richtig.
Ich besitze einen Pylontech mit der PartNumber: US2000NB05V00101
Es handelt sich mit hoher Wahrscheinlichkeit um einen US2000B Plus. Dies ist wichtig fuer die richtige Wahl des CAN-Bus Kabels. Die Pin-Belegung zwischen US2000 und US2000C bzw. US3000 hat sich geaendert.

Es handelt sich wohl um einen Standard-Frame. Die Kommunikationsrate sind 500 kbps und der Sendezyklus ist eine Sekunde. Der Laderegler sollte mit 0x305:00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00 antworten. Ich habe noch nicht getestet was passiert wenn er nicht antwortet.
Jetzt geht es darum die Daten zu interpretieren.
Einen Hinweis darauf habe ich hier gefunden.

Verbindung zum VE
Die Kabel sind vermutlich nur fuer die C-Variante. SO wie es aussieht kann man die an den weißen Kunststoff RJ45-Buchesen erkennen. Die alten (Plus und B) Varianten hatten silberfarbenene Blech-RJ45 Buchsen.

Pylontech CAN zur Ausgabe von Batterieinformationen (Pinbelegung: 1-x, 2-GND, 3-x, 4-CANH, 5-CANL, 6-x, 7-x, 8-x) VE.Can Pin 3 - Ground, Pin 8 Low, Pin 7 High.
The battery with the empty link port 0 is the master battery. You must use the VE.Can to CAN-bus BMS type B Cable, part number ASS030720018 for connection with US2000/US3000/UP2500; and VE.Can to CAN-bus BMS type A Cable, part number ASS030710018 for connection with US2000C/US3000C/UP5000/Force-L, you cannot use the cable supplied by Pylontech.
Batterie Ladekabel
Das Pylontech Batteriekabelset enthält 2 x 2 Meter Kabel (Plus/Minus) mit je einem Querschnitt von 25mm² sowie einem Datenkabel mit 2 RJ45 Steckern. Sie benötigen es um die Batterien von Pylontech US2000B Plus mit dem Wechselrichter zu verbinden. Anschlüsse: 2 x Amphenol (Pylontech) 2 x M8 Ringkabelschuh.
Das Pylontech Batterieanschlusskabelset (MPN BW0US3000BAL0002) beinhaltet 2 x 2 Meter Kabel (Plus/Minus) mit je einem Querschnitt von 25mm² und ein CAN-Datenkabel mit RJ45 Steckern beidseitig.Das Set wird benötigt um die Batterien von Pylontech mit einem Wechselrichter zu verbinden.

For 48V Pylontech, the cable is AWG 4 (=21mm2) and the terminals are Amphenol SurLok Plus.
In the battery module itself, there's even a temperature sensor sealed in the every terminal.
