Starlink Mini
So heute (2026-06-29) mal Starlink in Betrieb genommen.
Die Lieferung war ein K(r)ampf. Bestellt am 11. Mai 2026 und heute ist der Router immer noch nicht da! DHL hat zwar nachverpack, aber wieder zurueckgeschickt. Eine Supportanfrage wurde zwar beantwortet, aber immer noch kein neuer Router unterwegs.
Den Router brauche ich aber GsD nicht. Die Antenne hat soweit schon alles eingebaut. Per WLAN mit dem Mobil verbunden und die Ausrichtung durchgefuehrt.
Das spezielle Ethernetkabel, mit Feuchtigkeitsschutz, habe ich bei AliExpress bestellt.
Die Antenne hat standardmaeszig die IP 192.168.1.1.
DHCP ist eingebaut.
Ein per LAN angeschlossener PC hat die IP 192.168.1.222 erhalten.
Der Bandbreitentest ergab bei einem 100 MBit/s-Vertrag folgendes:
Jetzt kommt die Antenne an den zweiten WAN-Anschluss des USG-3P und als Backup (Distributed; Failover taugt nix! Kein automatisches Restore nach einem Fallback!) fuer meinen Vodafone Kabel-Gigabit-Anschluss.

In 2021, Starlink WiFi basically consisted of router and a dishy cable. That
was it. That's all of Starlink WiFi in 2021. As you can see, I'm a routing
machine. And, yeah, I believe in kicking off wireless communication events
with mariachi bands. I really like mariachi bands.

Telia ist ein großer schwedischer Telekommunikationskonzern. Der internationale Backbone-Bereich hieß früher Telia Carrier; das globale IP-Backbone ist unter AS1299 bekannt. Telia Carrier wurde später als Arelion weitergeführt. Das zeigt ziemlich eindeutig einen Netzübergang/Peering-Punkt zwischen dem Cable-&-Wireless-Backbone und dem damaligen Telia/Twelve99-Backbone in Frankfurt. spacex-ic-371295.ip.twelve99-cust.net hat die IP-Adresse 62.115.37.21. Der Name bezeichnet sehr wahrscheinlich einen Interconnect zwischen dem Arelion/Twelve99-Backbone und SpaceX/Starlink.Die Lokalisierung ist sehr wahrscheinlich Frankfurt am Main. Und dann verliert sich die Spur:-(
